We are a property management firm based in Bethesda, Maryland.
We manage twenty four condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations located in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Although the majority of the properties are full service management, some are financial management only. Property management is our only business. We do not buy and sell real estate, we only manage it for others. We seem to have found our niche and operate in a very “hands on” fashion.
We like to be selective in the properties that we manage and enter into management agreements only with those with whom we feel we can have a good rapport, open communication and the desire to develop a meaningful long term relationship.
